Background
Muhd Raden Anwar, better known as Raden, is the mastermind behind the company. Coming all the way from Batu Pahat, he is the founder as well as the Chief Executive Officer of WAHDAH since 2016.
Starting as early as 24 years old with no prior experience, Raden built everything from scratch. However, his ambitious nature created a strong willingness to establish a car rental-based company. With sufficient resources, Raden is optimistic that car rental will become one of the growing businesses in Malaysia one day. In 2016, he teamed up with Ahmad Amran as his co-founder to establish a hybrid car rental and technology company named WAHDAH Technologies Sdn. Bhd.
One might say that Raden’s educational background somewhat differs from his career path. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and Teaching in 2005. He then began his teaching career until 2012 before his intuition told him that he needed to pursue his passion.
Muhd Raden Anwar has been actively involved in joining Alibaba as one of the e-Founders, where he underwent hands-on experience with eCommerce and digital advancements and had the opportunity to connect with other successful entrepreneurs in Asia. He is also an active member of the NEXEA Venture Capital Program since 2019, aiming to grasp the idea of fundraising via venture capital avenues and understand its relevant processes while building business networks with local investors.

A talented individual from Batu Pahat, Ahmad Amran Kapi, has nearly two decades of experience in building and leading successful tech projects and services. He currently serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of WAHDAH.
It is safe to say that Amran’s expertise needs no further validation. His motto is “Find something you love and you will love what you will find.” He participated in a program created by PHP Malaysia, led by Microsoft Malaysia and supported by MDEC, where he successfully led many projects in system development. Amran also utilizes his experience by serving as an Industry Advisor/External Examiner for the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at UTHM.
In addition to his main areas of expertise, Ahmad Amran Kapi has diversified his interests by venturing into other activities. One notable endeavor is his ownership and management of a badminton court. This venture not only demonstrates his entrepreneurial spirit but also his passion for sports and community engagement. Furthermore, Amran's dedication to badminton is underscored by his achievement of earning a Level 1 Certificate as a Badminton World Federation (BWF) Coach. Overall, his involvement in such activities showcases his versatility and dedication beyond his primary professional pursuits.

Mohd Rostam Daud, the dedicated Chief Financial Officer of WAHDAH, has been spending most of his prime time at the company. Starting as the Manager of AiST, which is now a subsidiary company of WAHDAH, he has evidently immersed himself in the company’s management business inside out.
His skills, knowledge, and experience in business operations and corporate activities related to Business Management (Finance) have been gained since 2010. He has represented the company in negotiations of business deals. Consequently, Rostam has passed with honors the Royal Malaysian Customs’ certification as a qualified forwarding agent.
Rostam achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, USA, in 1995 and has dabbled in various jobs ever since.

Radin boasts an extensive career spanning over 35 years, during which he has excelled as a manager, business coach, entrepreneur, and business owner. His diverse expertise encompasses operations management, management training, and business development within his own ventures and in the corporate realm. In 2018, Radin cemented his authority in the field by publishing his debut book, "EntrepreneurSHIFT: The Guide to Getting Started and Getting Ahead in Business," published by Black Card Books.
During his tenure as an operations manager at a multinational corporation, Radin achieved remarkable milestones, including overseeing the seamless transition of manufacturing operations from the USA, Europe, and Asia to Penang, Malaysia. Additionally, he spearheaded the establishment of a comprehensive manufacturing and supply chain infrastructure to streamline product fulfilment processes.
As a seasoned corporate trainer and business management coach, Radin's credentials include registering with the Malaysian Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDF) and certification as a Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) by the Global Innovation Management Institute. Radin's accolades extend to his tenure as a prominent business coaching franchisee, where he provided invaluable Business and Executive coaching services to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and multinational corporations (MNCs). In recognition of his prowess, Radin was honoured as the top business coach in Malaysia in 2008. Beyond his corporate endeavours, Radin demonstrates entrepreneurial acumen as the co-founder of Pearl Maternity Hospital alongside his wife, Dr Rosita Ramli. This 100% Malaysian-owned private maternity hospital in Sungai Ara, Penang, attests to Radin's commitment to fostering local enterprise and addressing community healthcare needs.
Having traversed professional landscapes in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, the USA, and the UK, Radin possesses a nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities inherent in diverse business environments, irrespective of organizational size or geographic location.
