Could you accept any cancellations & refund?

WAHDAH accept any cancellation made by customer with certain terms and conditions.

FLEXIBLE - FULLY REFUND -

Reservations cancelled by email or call to our hotline within one (1) week / seven (7) days before the start of the rental. No cancellation fees will be charged. Refund will take 24 hours to process and customer will receive email notification when it done.

MODERATE - PARTIAL REFUND - 

  1. Cancellations made within 3 days / 72 hours before the start of the rental will be charged 50% from the rental fee.
  2. Downgrade vehicle within 3 days / 72 hours before the start of the rental also will be charged 50% from the rental fee of original booking.

STRICT - NO REFUND - 

  1. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the rental.
  2. Cancellations made to downgrade vehicle less than 24 hours before the start of the rental.
  3. Failure to provide actual driver as registered on the form to collect the car at the specified date & time (no show).
  4. Vehicle cannot be picked up or failure to collect the car at the specified date & time (no show).
  5. Early return vehicle after the start of the rental.
